{"id":15070,"date":"2023-08-21T10:13:32","date_gmt":"2023-08-21T10:13:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bisbatdemallorca.org\/ca\/?p=15070"},"modified":"2023-08-21T10:31:24","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T10:31:24","slug":"formacio-en-mateniment-dembarcacions-per-un-futur-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bisbatdemallorca.org\/ca\/formacio-en-mateniment-dembarcacions-per-un-futur-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Formaci\u00f3 en manteniment d&#8217;embarcacions per un futur laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" data-page-number=\"1\" data-loaded=\"true\">\n<div class=\"textLayer\">Nova edici\u00f3 del curs de manteniment d\u2019embarcacions que C\u00e0ritas Mallorca impulsa a trav\u00e9s del Servei de Formaci\u00f3 de l\u2019entitat, amb el suport d\u2019Incorpora, i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d\u2019empreses com STP( Servicios T\u00e9cnicos Portuarios) que ha cedit l\u2019espai per a la formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica i tamb\u00e9 una embarcaci\u00f3 de vela llatina, i empreses locals ja molt establertes al sector de la n\u00e0utica com s\u00f3n Pinmar , que ha facilitat material per a la formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica i l\u2019empresa SNIP que ha participat amb el professorat durant tot el curs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\">La formaci\u00f3 de 260h en total inclou m\u00f2duls te\u00f2rics i pr\u00e0ctics, on els 12 alumnes coneixen de primera m\u00e0 quines s\u00f3n les tasques habituals en el sector del manteniment n\u00e0utic i com desenvolupar-les. Aquestes hores es distribueixen en 100 hores de m\u00f2duls transversals on es treballen compet\u00e8ncies laborals, digitals, igualtat, medi ambient i 26 h corresponen a PRL homologades a l\u2019 \u00e0mbit n\u00e0utic, aix\u00ed com treballs en al\u00e7ada. Despr\u00e9s s\u2019han realitzat formacions espec\u00edfiques de manteniment i reparaci\u00f3 d\u2019embarcacions amb 80h( fase actual) que es perllongar\u00e0 fins a finals d\u2019agost) i per \u00faltim, 80h tamb\u00e9 de pr\u00e0ctiques en empreses.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\">Creant noves oportunitats per a les persones<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\">El sector del manteniment d\u2019embarcacions \u00e9s un \u00e0mbit on hi ha una demanda de feina importanti \u00e9s a m\u00e9s un sector que dona feina una gran part de l\u2019any, tant a l\u2019estiu com a l\u2019hivern . Un tant per cent elevat de les persones que han participat en anteriors edicions del curs de C\u00e0ritas han aconseguit feina dins aquest \u00e0mbit.Els alumnes participants en aquesta edici\u00f3, onze homes i una dona, mostren molt inter\u00e8s i ganes d\u2019aprendre totes les t\u00e8cniques que es fan servir per a la posada a punt d\u2019embarcacions, i reconeixen que les classes estan sent molt intenses per\u00f2 molt profitoses. Les persones participants asseguren que estan desitjant poder posar en pr\u00e0ctica els coneixements adquirits dins d\u2019un escenari de treball real.Ara, a falta de realitzar les pr\u00e0ctiques no laborals en empreses, estan a la fase de posada a punt d\u2019una embarcaci\u00f3, en aquest cas una embarcaci\u00f3 de vela llatina, un cl\u00e0ssic de la vela al mediterrani.<\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\">\n<div class=\"endOfContent active\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"annotationLayer\">El curs de manteniment d\u2019embarcacions \u00e9s una de les formacions oferides per C\u00e0ritas dins el Servei de Formaci\u00f3 on es duen a terme formacions b\u00e0siques o m\u00e9s especialitzades en funci\u00f3 del perfil de la persona. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, C\u00e0ritas ofereix accions de intermediaci\u00f3 amb empreses que cerquen perfils laborals. L\u2019objectiu es formar i incrementar les capacitats i potencialitats de les persones que s\u2019apropen a C\u00e0ritas Mallorca per cercar oportunitats laborals. L\u2019any passat m\u00e9s de 2.400 persones varen passar pel programa d\u2019economia solid\u00e0ria de C\u00e0ritas Mallorca.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nova
