Am\u00e8rica ha tornat a ser la seu d\u2019aquesta magna concentraci\u00f3 entorn de l\u2019Eucaristia celebrada, adorada i viscuda per representants dels cat\u00f2lics de tot el m\u00f3n. Des de 2008 a la ciutat de Quebec, capital de l\u2019estat hom\u00f2nim del Canad\u00e0, no es realitzava al continent americ\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3 espanyola fou encap\u00e7alada pel bisbe d\u2019Ourense, monsenyor Leonardo Lemos Montanet, president de la Comissi\u00f3 Episcopal de Lit\u00fargia de la Confer\u00e8ncia Episcopal Espanyola. Hi participaven altres membres de la dita Comissi\u00f3 i sacerdots i laics procedents de diverses di\u00f2cesis espanyoles i associacions eucar\u00edstiques, entre els quals el delegat de Zona de les Balears de l\u2019Adoraci\u00f3 Nocturna Espanyola.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el Congr\u00e9s s\u2019eleg\u00ed el nou president de la Federaci\u00f3 Mundial de les Obres Eucar\u00edstiques de l\u2019Esgl\u00e9sia, l\u2019espanyol Juan Carlos Mollejo Aparicio, i es desenvoluparen les diverses pon\u00e8ncies teol\u00f2giques entorn del lema del Congr\u00e9s \u201cEucaristia, fraternitat per a salvar el m\u00f3n\u201d, pel qual es tingu\u00e9 molt present el 150\u00e8 aniversari de la consagraci\u00f3 del pa\u00eds al Sagrat Cor de Jes\u00fas, primer de fer-ho en tot el m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Destacaren en les celebracions la missa estacional d\u2019inauguraci\u00f3, amb la primera comuni\u00f3 de 1.600 infants, les misses per grups ling\u00fc\u00edstics a les monumentals esgl\u00e9sies del centre hist\u00f2ric de Quito, patrimoni de la humanitat, del barroc americ\u00e0 m\u00e9s esplendor\u00f3s al neog\u00f2tic (St. Francesc, la Companyia, la Merc\u00e8, la Catedral, bas\u00edlica del vot nacional al Sagrat Cor de Jes\u00fas, etc.), la multitudin\u00e0ria process\u00f3 de la pla\u00e7a de San Francisco a la bas\u00edlica del Voto, i la <em>Statio Orbis<\/em> o missa de cloenda, presidida pel legat pontifici, el cardenal vene\u00e7ol\u00e0 Baltazar Enrique Porras Cardozo.<\/p>\n<p>La seu del proper Congr\u00e9s ser\u00e0 la ciutat de Sydney
