Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, l\u2019alumnat t\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019endinsar-se en el ritme, les exig\u00e8ncies i la quotidianitat de la cuina professional, enriquint la
